One little thing that has always annoyed me is not being able to have keypad tones without having the ringer volume at maximum. Even with the volume set at half you cannot hear the keyboard clicks. Due to my job I cannot have the ringer very loud at all but still like to hear the keyboard clicks and other sounds.
I was hoping 8.1 would fix this but it still seems the keypad and ringer volumes are linked. Why the keypad clicks are not included in the notification volume is beyond me.
Does anyone know a way to turn up keypad volume without also turning up ringer volume?
