Mods feel free to move this topic if it has been discussed already.

I couldn't find it after a search..., so I decided to post.

I'm loving all the new features in 8.1 (mine has been pretty solid with little to no bugs on my 920), but the first few days battery life was; let's just say "Not Good". However, I've been playing with it a lot and I know this release wasn't accompanied by a firmware update, so I can't complain. One of my favorite features I just stumbled upon was the filtering feature within the people hub. I can now sort by email account (including Exchange), Facebook, Linkedin, etc... and I can hide all my contacts w/o a phone number. This works in the "What's New" when you swipe to the left, allowing one to choose between Facebook, Linkedin, etc.. Since I'm not an avid FB user, I can block out all those updates and just worry about Linkedin. Nice new feature.

I know you can hit the 3dot; settings; filter contact list, but there's another way. Just tap the "Showing contacts with phone numbers" and it'll bring you right to the filter settings. Works for the What's New page too (swipe left).
