Time and date in wp8.1

Time and date is changing every time when phone shutdown due to lack of charge or phone gots any new updates in software.i had check with both options set automatically on and off. Unfortunately bot were not working.is their any solution to overcome this flaw in wp8.1.

Do you have automatic update of time enabled in date and time settings ?

Yes i have and I had tried both the settings with on and off mode.some of the articles came to,know that it related to service provider,I am using the same service provider infact same number in my android s4 it worked well and managed to use approximately 5 to 6 countries with out an issue.now I changed to WP and facing this issue with same service provider in the same country and same place.appreciate your feedback about this issue.

I have same problem with two new Lumia 630 phones and new WP8.1! Is there no backup battery for the real time clock when power is off?


I am using vodafone Germany and the automatic time setting is switched to "off" . If it is set to "on" it is even more worse.
