Would MS continue Nokia's tetraphobia?

Is there any chance that we would see a 740, 940, 1040, 1540 etc, from MS.

Nokia always stayed away from 4. Would Ms break this tradition?

Nokia E60, E61, E62, E63, E65, E66. - No E64?
Nokia X1, X2, X3, X5, X6, X7. No - X4?
Nokia C1, C2, C3, C5, C6, C7. No - C4?

Don't really care, but yes, I think MS will change the names and switch from numbers to "real" names.

With a lineup as large as theirs, I feel numbers, or at least names and numbers in the background are going to be best so people kinda can tell how a given fits in the lineup. Look at how Samsung does it. They certainly got a boatload of models! The Galaxy Core, Pocket Neo, S5, Note 3, S4 Mini, Grand... Now how do those models relate?

I hope they just go ahead and use 4. It'll be 40, right?
