Battery Notifications

Ok,so I have my lumia 630 from coupe of days,but so far there were no notifications about battery getting low.Have been waiting for one until 9% and then charged the phone.But while charging ,it hit the 100%,but there was still no notification about the phone being fully charged.
I am using the standard battery app "Battery Saver" ,and in its options I didnt see anything about notifications.
So are there any notifications about battery life at all,or I should download some other battery app.

There should be notifications about having a low battery level, under 10%, at least.

Having a fully charged phone is a different story. No notification for that.

Battery Saver doesn't have notifications.

I use an app called Battery Meter which provides various notifications, including 100%. I imagine many of the battery apps in the store have notifications. I'd recommend checking reviews and trying one or more of the high-scoring ones if this is important to you.
