New update for Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1?

Hello. I'm using DP of Update 1 for Windows Phone 8.1 and today I checked for updates as cyan became available globaly. I thought maybe I'll get lucky and get it even if I'm using DP
And I was surprised when my phone noticed me about new update. I thought it was cyan but it wasn't. Here's what I've got. It's in my language. Croatian, but I'll try to translate it.



It says update is ready for downloading. So I checked informations about this update.



It says "Additional language support"
So what's new in this update? Few new languages? Maybe system languages or better support for wordflow keyboards which would be great because there's no Croatian support
