App updates

So I have a strange problem about the app updates from the store.
I have disabled the auto update function,but when I open the store I still get the notification in the top-right corner.(15 for example)
When I open it it says "15 apps need your attention" and I dont want to update them,because they are from the build in apps,which I don't use( Finance,News etc.) . But there is no other option exept "Download all".
Any ideas how to clear it,because it also shows it in the start menu which is quite annoying.

Yeah, if you don't ever use the apps, uninstall them. You get rid of the notifications and free up space on the phone as well.

I know,but that's not a real solution,there are apps I want to keep,but are not worth updating.
For example the last update of the facebook app had only visual changes,which I dont really like.
Or there is the "feedback to nokia" which can't be uninstalled,but also has updates.
