    I've done that but there are lots of normal users that won't and business users that can't. We shouldn't have to anyway, Verizon should release the update. WTF is wrong with that company?

    I couldn't wait for atnt to release it so I went with do, except for battery life I've had no problems, now that they official released cyan on my 1520 I get two days of battery life now, amazing difference.

    Because, like it's been stated in the other Icon thread, the DP does not have all the features of Cyan

    Got my Wife the Lumia Icon from Verizon for her birthday last month. I'm still on AT&T because I got the 1520 11 months ago, and wanted to go to Verizon when my contract ran out. That is, until I got the Icon for my Wife and realized it didn't have 8.1. That was a month ago, and now I'm not so sure I'll be switching to Verizon because of the contempt they show for the platform. And, you guessed it, it is November 11th, and she is still waiting. And with no end in sight... This is beyond frustrating; it's actually to the point where I'm so mad I scream at everyone I deal with at Verizon. There is no excuse for this.
