Error code: 80154002 PLS HELP!

Hello!
I have a problem setting my xbox live accound.. I tried everything... Change time and date, region, reseted my phone, create new xbox accound and i still get this error..I'm only getting this error
Please help me with this.

Yeh ...this folk is absolutely right...go on microsoft is quite impressive when I comes to customer service..
