Lumia Cyan but no Cortana (EE UK)

Hey all!

I hope you're all well and having a lovely, enjoyable and relaxing weekend.

I was on the WP8.1 DP, and saw that the Cyan update was available for my carrier (EE UK), and so used the Nokia recovery tool to (downgrade) and update it. Now I am noticing, there is no longer any Cortana (I used the quiet hours function a LOT), and neither can I create the "app folders" by dragging and dropping tiles onto one another. I've checked to see if I have any pending updates, but there's nothing.

Is there something I'm missing?

You need WP 8.1 Update 1 for Cortana.
Reinstall Preview For Developers and update to 8.1.1. Cortana and Live Folders will then appear....
