Found new bug in WP 8.1

Hey guys...found new bug in WP 8.1...when I changed the background image of tile...it remained unchanged...after some time (about of 10 seconds required to change image).I tried it for two times...

Not new, been happening since the first release. Happens fairly rarely, but for someone like me that changes the background image daily, it's a little annoying. I just got in the habit of clicking "Remove Photo" before choosing a new one. Works like a charm now.
