Is it possible to change the compression used to record video ? Currently all video is recorded with MP4, I'd like to have an option or uncompressed.

don't think so... mp4 has been a mobile staple since they stopped using 3gp. Also, going uncompressed, you'd run out of space REAL quick. Now for phones with sd cards, a quality option would be nice..

I dont think you realize the bandwidth required for uncompressed 720p/1080p video. Lol

I do wish we had options for less compression, though :/. Beyond that, the video is compressed, again, if you email the video from the device. Stupid.

I know the bandwidth required for uncompressed 720p/1080p I wouldn't send it over mobile bandwidth, that would be insane. I want to record then feed into a desktop. I can't change the compression settings for MP4, atleast I should be able to do that !

Well, 480p raw is like 22MB per second, so... Lol
