Is Cyan an AT&T exclusive in the US?

I find it odd that according to Nokia the Cyan update is mostly out around the world, but in the US its limited to AT&T only. Is it possible that AT&T and Microsoft/Nokia signed an exclusivity agreement or something? Its a bit ridicules at this point.

I would think that Tmo and Verizon would have let beans out of the bag if that was the case. But based on the comments from both Tmo and Verizon, it appears that they have the updates but haven't finished testing it.

No it is not an AT&T exclusive. Blame T-Mobile and Verizon for being slow to release Cyan.

I just saw the nokia update page for Europe and it seems to be available on 90% of the phone/carrier combinations including T-Mobile. Then you flip to US and all it says is "In Testing" for just about everyone except AT&T.

Cyan is exclusive to Nokia and Sprint doesn't permit them so it doesn't apply to sprint.

Sprint as well.

It sure seems that way... I've had Cyan on my AT&T L520 for ages. Still waiting for it for my L822.

The Lumia 635 comes with Cyan. The phones (T-mobile) that haven't received Cyan are the L925 and L521 ..... very frustrating.

Its a new phone so its not actually an update. I'm talking about the update not the inclusion of. Ironically this also means that Verizon is the only carrier that doesn't have Cyan at all. The only official 8.1 we have is the HTC One M8 for Windows.

True, I was thinking of the 8.1 update itself for their WP devices.
