Nokia Software Recovery Tool Network Problem?

Been trying to restore my 920 for the last 4 hours but the Software Recovery tool doesn't seem to be able to complete the download

Its falling over with a network error intermittently and sometimes doesn't resume at all.

I just keep getting "A network problem has occurred"

Is anyone else seeing this, is there anything i can do or is this simply a capacity problem at nokia's end?

However, if i delete the partially downloaded files, the download happily restarts, but then just falls over at another random point.

NB. This is not a network issue on my pc! i'm running a ping at the same time and losing nothing

Have you tried uninstalling the software and re-installing it?

It's possible the servers are doing a maintenance cycle at some point. The download is fairly large about 4GB.

Try changing the Download Folder in Settings. . .

i have same problem in 1520 red....i tried to changed the path but it is not working...at all i m trying,since 3 days....and it show in my screenshot....plz help as fast as u can my phone dosent hav any os inside.... i m stuck my firewall is disable still same msg..:unhappysweat::unhappy::sweaty::eck::asleep:.
