    I'm setting up a new phone and I'm having a peculiar issue where any time i launch an Xbox enabled game,i get the following message: Sorry we can't sign you in. Please sign in at Xbox.com. Then start this app again.

    I've logged into Xbox.com successfully and still can't launch any of the games. Has anyone else experience this and know how to resolve it?

    I have seen this before but it has been awhile. Try rebooting your phone. Also you can try using a different data connection (different WiFi, or different area for cellular coverage). Let us know if this doesn't resolve your issue.

    I performed a soft reset (holding down the lower volume button and the power button at the same time) and it fixed the issue. Thanks for your feedback.
