why i can't hear audio in my Lumia 630 dual sim?

I can't able to hear audio and incoming ringtone in my phone and (written that sorry we can't play in your phone)it's only 6days mobile please help me soon

If you can't hear anything.. Any sound in games or apps.. Any sound from system like alarms, lock screen tone, shutter tone., etc.. Then maybe you got a faulty phone you should go to a care center.. And make your warranty worth..
