How do you create a medium sized horizontal tile on the start screen?

Most of the windows phone screens on websites show a medium sized horizontal tile. How do you get that? I see just 3 sizes usually. I am running the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 developer preview. And i am using an HTC Windows Phone 8S


For e.g. the "Photography" tile in the attached picture.

Live Folders comes with 8.1.1. It is one of the features those not using the Preview for Developers are waiting for when 8.1.1 hits the phones in the next round of OTA updates.

I am using the Preview of Developers..and i am also able to create a live folder. However, what i am not able to do is ...re-sizing the tile to the size of "Photography" tile (in the picture i attached)

nguyenkien: In the link posted by RumoredNow, there is a Calendar tile of the same size. Are you able to create a tile of that size?

You need enable 3 column: Settings > Start+Theme
Then change size of tiles

Why is it not possible in 735? I really dis the size of the tiles.
