Not able to get denim update

Why am I not able to get Lumia denim update when it's available in my country (India). I'm using Lumia 520 and I'm on pfd and updates are enabled,my region is set to US. Is that causing an issue?

Changing the regional settings will usually stop updates from happening.

Try changing it and see what happens.

Region setting has nothing to do with it. Check under EXTRAS+INFO wat is your mobiel operator : 000-??

Stop panicking. It's just an update.

If you changed all your regional settings back to India and if you made sure your device has the update you have several options.

First perform a soft reset. This sometimes works.

Second, perform a hard reset. I know people love doing this. Be sure to backup.

Third use the software tool. FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

Again be sure to backup.
