    Have anyone noticed that if you open spotify http links sent to you by others in IE, it says "Download spotify", and pressing that link redirects you to itunes store? That's pretty messed up, it used to work with earlier webkit.

    in WP 8.1 Update, IE's user agent was changed so to masquerade as an Android browser or Safari so as to improve the web browsing experience.
    Unfortunately, the side effect is that those sites often think the phone is Android or iOS.

    Yes I'm aware of that, but what is more messed up is that after clicking that download button and reloading the page makes the button say "View on spotify". Come on MS you can do better than this. Also IE can't even handle the Windows Central site. And many other sites are just pain to browse.
