    What software do you use to transfer music to your WP? I find that itunes with the desktop transfer app loses album art and playlists too much. I think Windows Media Player seems to be the most dependable, though it's so dated.

    I just drag and drop in Windows Explorer (File Explorer)... Actually, I copy and paste, but you know what I mean...

    File explorer most of the Time, sometimes Windows media player if i had to do large numbers of music files

    you can use xbox music pass, everything syncs to the "cloud"

    You lose album art because the art is not embedded in the tag.
