How do I stop my Lumia 535 from typing automatically?

Lumia 535 Typing automatically

Even after the fix for touch issues, my 535 automatically starts typing. Happens often and a restart will not fix the problem. Phone gets slow, and start typing and backspace doesn't work. Does anyone face similar issue ? One of my friend has exactly the same problem.

This problem has been inherent to majority (if not all) L535's. As of this moment, only another firmware update specific to the L535 could resolve the issue. As for the date of this release, only Microsoft knows.

In the meantime, you could try keeping the screen from physical contact from any surface or source of heat - keep the phone facing away from the body whenever you keep it inside your pocket, rather than facing the body.
