How can I stop my graphics driver from crashing (Lumia 720)?

Graphics problem in Lumia 720

It's a very peculiar kind of problem I am facing for couple of weeks. The graphics driver crashes and everything looks big and pixilated just like on windows PC before installing graphics driver. When that occurs I am not able to do anything. I have to restart my phone to fix the issue. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem that is causing this and how to resolve the problem?

Well the simplest way would be to use the Lumia Software Recovery tool. This installs a new firmware and should fix this issue. If it doesn't then you have a hardware problem.

The LSRT will erase your whole phone so be sure to backup.

You require a PC and internet connection. Download is about 4GB.

If you want you can try a soft reset to see if there that fixes anything. Also check recently installed apps, especially those that may effect the start screen.

Soft reset - Hold volume down and power button at the same time until the phone vibrates. Phone will restart.

Are you sure you're not accidentally activating Magnifier? (settings > ease of access)

Its something many people somehow manage to turn on.
