Why isn't my extras+info able to update on my Lumia 1020?

why extras+info is not able to update in my LUMia 1020?

in my friends mobile also tired it.
when open the extra+info by scanning QR code, it shows "the app is not available for your device" in all lumia.

but store it is shows updated on 2-3-15. version in 3.14.7.2
in mobile the app version is 3.7.1.16.

For all I know it could be the qr code is for another region store. It is probably better if you install Lumia Pusher app and in that select the get localized apps and the check for updates. it will show you a whole list of apps including system apps which are meant for your device and you dont have the hassles of links and qr codes. Select your app in the apps got updates page which will direct you to the store and hit update. Simple as that

this is not about that.. u can check urself.. u scan QR code or go to windowsphone.com the u can find extras+info. it is removed from stores. u can download it.

It's actually not available on my 1520 either. Even if I get the link from SysApp Pusher. It does show an update was posted on 3/2/15, too.

yes.. i checked with all.. 720, 535, 1520. 1020.
i raise complaint to lumiahelp in twitter.

i think app is removed from stores

Dont worry about the QR code. with different RM-xxx and region it will vary I suppose and if your device has an update for extras and info Lumia pusher will show it for sure. If you go to Lumia pusher app and get into the apps list it will show you the system apps in which you will see the version as well. it will take you to the store but not availaible for download.
If you are on DP turn it off and do a soft reset check for updates and you should see some system updates if Denim is out for your region 1020. i have the latest veras per pusher which is 3. 14. 7 4
