Why no chat bubbles for facebook messenger ??

Hey I wanna ask , why don't we get those chat bubbles with facebook messenger ? Is it because of the lack of support or it's because of a missing API ?? I'm asking this out of curiosity , and might win10 support this kind of thing ?

API is what developers get benefit of them to control things in the OS

Pinning individual chats to the home screen would be an equivalent on WP, but I don't think that's supported as of now.

I honestly don't see the point of them, anyways. It literally saves you 1 click.

It's useful when reading something and chat about it , instead of jumping between apps

You're right. I forgot it overlays Apps.

wp doesn't allow any app to draw on the screen when backgrounded, that means if you close/minimize an app it no longer has the right to show anything on screen, I doubt w10 will change that
