Someone sent me a Bing Maps link via email. When I open the link on my 8.1 phone it opens the Maps application but it does not point to the specific location. All it shows is the general area.

However, when I click the link on my desktop it opens Bing Maps in my browser and points me to the specific address.
It appears to be a user-created location on the map, but that shouldn't make a difference since it was created in Bing Maps.

Anyone know why the link won't work properly with my phone?

    Thanks.
