MS-DOS Mobile, what can and can't be done with DOS?

I been playing around with it and tinkering with Windows 3.1. It appears to be pretty bare bone and can't find actual information regarding it being a mobile emulator or built from the ground up. Another is solutions on rather legacy apps and games will run on it native or emulated. Also rather Windows 3.1 is function or for looks.

On a side note, is this just a joke from Microsoft or are they really trying to do something with DOS and Windows 3.1? I really like the idea of having an actual officially support DOS from Microsoft if it is the case.

Its an April Fools joke from Microsoft. Its pretty interesting though, they've certainly put some work into this.
