After trying the technical preview for WP10, I want to roll my Lumia 635 back to factory settings. Doing a reset on the phone didn't remove Windows Phone 10, so I downloaded and used the Windows Phone Recovery Tool, and after THREE attempts (restarting the phone and program each time), I get this message:
Can someone please help me get this thing back to factory settings? It's pretty much unusable in WP10 with how slow and buggy it is.
