I recently purchased a music album on the X box music store and have downloaded it to my windows phone where it plays fine.
I wanted to copy the songs from the phone to my PC as a backup. I installed the windows phone sync software for desktop and connected the phone. I highlighted the songs on the album and selected copy to PC. The PC ran through what looked like a copy process and afterwards it seems to show the songs as on the PC within the sync software. I cannot however find the songs on the PC using explorer. I have looked in various places and tried searching but no luck. Anyone know where the sync software copies the music to? Tried this with pictures and it copied them to my pictures and I can view them. Just wondered if it is a DRM thing?
