Fitbit never works on WP

I've got a Lumia 930 and a Lumia 530. Both have Bluetooth 4.0 LE and both let me install the fitbit app.

For some reason neither phone will ever detect my FitBit Charge. I've tried resetting the charge, resetting the app, every possible configuration.. Neither phone ever detects the tracker.

Yet it syncs perfectly with my 2012 iPad Mini without having to do anything.

Is there some workaround or something that I don't know about? Any suggestions for how I could get this to work?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I went through all their troubleshooting steps quite a while ago. I think I might just be out of luck.
Weird that it works with an apple device but neither Nokia.

Do either of your Nokia's work with any other bluetooth device? Just asking.

I don't have a Fitbit Charge, but I do have a Fitbit Flex and this connects to my phone with no problem. I've tried it on a Lumia 520.

Very nice to know this, because i was considering buying one. But I have no android or ios devices for the case if it does not work with my windows phone

had a force, and now a flex
both have zero issues syncing to my att 920

Yeah both my 930 and 530 work perfectly with other Bluetooth devices. Yet neither device ever detects my fitbit charge.

The problem isn't the phone and it isn't the charge either seeing as both my iPad Mini and my Galaxy Ace both pick up the Fitbit instantly.

I just cant figure out what the problem is.
