Tapatalk notifications

Recently I stopped receiving notifications from tapatalk app on my l630 w.8.1. I checked notifications in phone settings and in tapatalk settings, everything is on. I don't have a clue. Any ideas?

I noticed that tapatalk doesn't have option to make it run in background as well as bunch of other apps on the list. I tried disabling about 10 apps in battery saver, but nothing changed. Does anybody have a clue?

Hi when I read your post, I realized that I didn't get any either since the last update...

Don't be surprized that few or no people answer as I have the impression that Tapatalk is not very popular (or used ?) by WP users. I come from Android and must say that the difference between the two versions is flagrant; the WP version is very, very basic...

BTW, before the update, I found how to open forums on the "Subscribed" page but can't find this in the last version, did you find how to do this ?

Yes, it is very basic comparing to android version, but it is usable. What do you think other wp users do? Web browsing forums?

On the "Subscribed" page, just swipe to forums page and tap on the forum you want. (if I understood your problem correctly).

I have no idea how other people handle their forums, maybe one of the WP specialists could give a hint...

Concerning my question I probably explained wrong. In the former version I didn't need to swipe to reach my subscribed forums, there was a setting where you could decide where Tapatalk opened a forum (welcome screen, subscribed, etc.). In this version I can't find this setting so I always get the Welcome screen and have to swipe...

Found the answer . I'm still not used to the swiping to find other options.
