How to set up a password to access Google account in Windows Phone 8.1?

Hi,
I have just set up my Gmail account in email+accounts option in settings. But, it seems there isn't any option to protect it with a password. For instance, I am able to read the incoming email directly. I want to know if I can protect it using a password.

No you can not use a password to protect an single app but you can use a pin to access your phone.
And with this PIN you protect everything on your phone.

This one allows you to sign out. Your nosy little brother can't get in unless he guesses your password.
