App Store - Downloading application.. Stuck with error code 805a0194. How can I fix it?

App Store - Downloading application... Stuck with error code 805a0194

Not sure what is going on with the app store, there is something stuck downloading and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Anyone have any ideas aside from doing a reset? The message is Downloading application... with a message Attention required. Tap Here, when I do I get the error message where it says try again or close.

Picture please.. Things you can try: turn text messaging backup off/ soft reset the phone/ go to accounts and sync your main account/ check time/date/region are all set correctly/ soft reset again and then try to download again

Oh before doing all of that, long tap on the download and cancel it for now

I'm getting same issue - tried all these things but no better.

I cancelled "Threes!" download but now I have another 6 downloads pending which won't install either

Update: Looks like it's updated one after power off/on (again) - now updating Sims but will take a while...
