I just received this notification this morning on my 1020. First time I am hearing of this. Well I am installing it now even though I don't have random reboots.

IT could be new software update ending ...160 if ur on update 2 which you may not of got previously,especially if ur outside us/india.I got it couple days back.There's also the critical update which is a small patch
