Stylus pen for Windows 8.1 tablet, why doesn't it seem to work well with Photoshop?

Stylus pen for Windows 8.1 tablet

Hello,
I've been using a Linx 10 Windows tablet for some weeks now and am very happy with it, my only problem is that I would like to use Photoshop for very basic tasks but I can't use it due to the touch screen as they are not supported by Adobe. I've looked around and the only solution I could find was to use either a mouse or a stylus, I would prefer that latter one but my tablet doesn't have built in stylus support. Is there any stylus that would work on any tablet like mine?

If your tablet does not have support for a fine tip pen, then only the large rubber pad (eraser style) pen would work. They are everywhere. Get one at the dollar store. They do not offer fine line drawing support, but should be perfectly OK for tapping buttons.

The problem is that Photoshop does not let you use your fingers as a mouse and therefore cannot do anything on the canvas. But thanks anyway.
