Hey I just got a Tesco Mobile sim card which runs on O2 UK for my Lumia 1320. They say its 4G ready. But its showing only H/H+ on my phone. I have a RM-994 version.

Dial ##3282# to get into Field Test > accept the conditions > tap overflow (three dots in bottom right) > settings > set Network Type to Manual

Does it say All Bands Active? If so you have another issue. If it states X/Y Bands Active tap the field and make sure to check the box for LTE Band 20 and save the result. You can switch back to Network Type = Automatic before exiting Field Test.

It's a general Lumia Hash Code. Some firmwares have it locked out.

The RM-994 should have the correct LTE Band on the radio for O2 or O2 airtime reseller in the UK. Getting into Field Test would let us know if the firmware disabled LTE Band 20 and allow it to be re-enabled.

If you dialed the whole code (including # symbols), ##3282#, and it did not open Field Test then you are locked out. Not every variant allows access to Field Test.

Contact Tesco and make sure your account is authorized for 4G and see what other troubleshooting they can help with.

Oh okay... But does the phone show LTE ? Coz it shows me H+ , to the most.
