Windows phone 8.1 update WiFi & Bluetooth problem

After updating my lumia 925 to WP8.1 update wifi and bluetooth is not working .It says to restart my phone.But after restarting problem still happening.What to do

Sometimes, the phone may need to restart more than once. If restarting didn't resolve the issue, you may try performing a soft reset.

I am already give up to fix my 830 bluetooth function,
But Wifi works well.
did they not respond or not receive other one's signal?
A few days ago my 830's Exit is broke and then i go to the lumia service station. They replace a new one for me.
If you sure it is hardware problem, i suggest you to go there...
