Why isn't my Windows Phone recognising that My Family has been set up?

Windows Phone not recognising that My Family has been set up

Everytime I try to download any app, including those already pre-installed on the phone, it keeps telling me to log onto a computer and set up My Family. The phone is just for me, and I'm a 36 year old female. I've put my details in on the MS account, and the phone is listed as a device on the account, and showing that all apps (free and purchases) have been enabled, but they still won't download! Help! What have I missed? ? Thanks in advance.

It may be asking you to setup your Family Safety information. Make sure you setup yourself as a parent. Just search for Microsoft family safety and you should get the link to go to.
