    hi there ..
    I use windows 10 mobile and i want to back to 8.1 ..
    I install windows Recovery Tool , but my problem now that I connect the phone and i start download the software when the download reach about 99% ,the download started from the beginning again ,, I try also Nokia Software Updater for Retail
    and the same problem .
    I use Lumia 1320
    windows 10 mobile build 10536
    please help

    It sounds like you don't have enough storage space freed up on the device. Try deleting some stuff.
