Trying to make a Windows Form Aplication, than connect to Windows Mobile Phone

hi, im trying to make an app to get info about the phone, for example DeviceName, Battery info, etc... but i want to make it in C# for Windows PC and when i connect the Windows Phone it recognize and show info. if someone have an idea i will appreciate thanks.
