Got an error while trying to go back to 8.1 (also stuck on spinning gears)
It got to about 800mb, so it was about half way there and I saw this.

I checked my proxy and firewall and everything is the way it's supposed to be.
I'm just afraid that my phone is going to be unusable since it has been stuck on spinning gears I have no idea what the hell should I do
