Windows Phone - System Root Certificates.

So I'm doing some testing for a new version of my website and my test server is using a self signed certificate for TLS (HTTPS). I wanted to test it on a Windows Phone, but I'me having issues getting it to trust my certificate.

So after a some searching I found out how to install my certificate in the system root, but I navigate to my server using IE on the device, it is still untrusted.

Does anyone know how I can install a certificate so that the entire system trusts it?
