Windows Device Recovery Tool problem?

I read lot of thread but I have problem with rolling back from windows 10 to 8.1 using this programm. it finds my phone and everything looks fine until it restarts phone and says security check...then it fails and says try again/

I have removed pin on phone what else I need to do?

Can you give us more specifics? What model of phone do you have? Does it give a specific error code or any other useful information that you could provide may help someone figure out what is going on.

Try removing the SIM card before you run the tool. That was the only way I could get it to work with my Lumia 925 a couple times.
