A user has a smartphone which is dual sim (has two microSIM slots, labeled SIM 1 and SIM 2) and has Windows Phone 8.1 on it. The user has one microSIM card, which is inserted in the SIM 1 slot. No microSIM card exists in the SIM 2 slot.
In the People app, for each phone number there are two buttons, labeled "1" and "2", on the right side of the phone number. These two buttons allow the user to switch from SIM 1 to SIM 2, and from SIM 2 to SIM 1. These two buttons don't appear on a single sim smartphone that has Windows Phone 8.1 on it.
The user finds it confusing to have those two buttons on the right side of each phone number. Is it possible to remove those two buttons ? If yes, then how ? Because I searched in Settings, and I did not find any setting for disabling those two buttons.
