Here at Pentagon City Mall there is a Microsoft store. Today two female HTC reps are training the employees of the store. Before the training started, I talked to one of the ladies and I actually got to play with a purple 8X for a few minutes. I really liked the way it felt in my hand. It didn't feel too wide, nor did I feel that it was too tall. The Winphone 8 software ran very smooth. I was able to take a couple of pictues and I must say that I liked them.
I'd been leaning towards the Lumina 920, but now I'm not sure now. Maybe, I'll be lucky enough to be in the store when and if the Lumina reps are there.
Sadly, I was not able to stay for the training since I was not an employee.
Nevertheless, I am more excited abouth the Windows Phone 8 platform more than ever.
I did walk about with a free HTC pen.
