So two days ago, to my surprise, I discovered that I can't pay via NFC using my Nokia Lumia 920 while trying to pay at a gas station. Suffice to say the embarrassment that I went through in front of people was funny, but an embarrassment none the less. Now, I read somewhere that it is only supported for some carriers but that's it. It doesn't say which carriers and when.
My question is, is AT&T going to implement this feature in the near future or I was simply fooled by the commercials and now I have to live with a phone that claims to use NFC for payment but it can't?
