What about Skype does she dislike? What about her current method does she like?

I'm having a similar problem, I cant video chat with anyone from my Skype contacts. I merged my Skype and Facebook and I can video call anyone no problem on my laptop, but not on my phone (Lumia 920). Best way to describe it is that my computer can use their Facebook info to find their Skype name but my phone wont. Dose anyone know what I could do besides contacting every single person for their Skype name
