Email folder forces itself to start screen

One of my email boxes is not used very often so I don't keep it on the Start Screen. It has an Outlook.com and a GMail linked together in one box. I get almost no emails there, currently. For some reason, it manages to pin itself to my start screen. I unpin it and it will eventually return. That's not normal, right?

I would do a soft reset or restart your phone.
