I'm sure everyone knows by now that WP8 supports fancy new emoticons based on Unicode emoticons - same as supported by iOS and Android (and Windows 8 too). One of the recent additions to Unicode emoticons were two emoticons: one of two men holding hands and second of two women holding hands (added to a standard man+woman emoticon that was available before). Both were added to iOS 6 (no idea about Android).
Now I understand that it was a recent addition and I thought that perhaps it just didn't make it into WP8 (yet). However I discovered that WP8 can display the emoticons in question but not type them (they are missing from the emoticon keyboard).
I'm sure it's just a mistake, but I want Microsoft to fix it!
Now you can go on reading other threads about things that actually matter
