A few questions about music and photos

Hey guys I have a couple of questions I hope you can answer.

I have a Lumia 920, fully updated. I have been sharing photos to Facebook, just using the inbuilt sharer on the phone and noticed that they are low quality. Doing some reading on the web it seem as if WP8 does this by default. Has anyone managed to find a work around to this? Some people suggest the Flickr app, but I don't have Flickr and was wondering if there is anyway to share higher quality photos to Facebook.

A few questions about music on windows phone.

Is it possible to make a playlist on the go? I haven't been able to do it, maybe I'm just being dumb?

I am from South Africa and for some reason, Xbox Music is not on my phone, I was under the impression that SA had Xbox Music. Can anyone shed some light on this. How do I get Xbox Music.

Sadly Microsoft isn't very good at documenting what's available in every country, but this guy keeps a pretty good list:

Anyway, according to that, SA doesn't have Xbox Music available.

You should be able to save a list of songs in the "now playing" list as a playlist by hit ... and choosing "Save as Playlist". I don't believe that's an Xbox music feature.
