Double entries for music and pictures

Hey,
Does anyone know how come every time i copy music or pics from the computer to my phone, the music and the pics show as if they exist 2-4 times? (while removing any of those entries removes the actual file, leaving the remaining entry useless).
I stopped the sync with the SkyDrive and all that jazz, got no change though.

I've experienced the same issue. I'm not sure, but it seems to happen when you delete a mp3 and add it again, without letting music+video app reindexing between these steps.
To solve your problem, you can try to stop music+video app, connect your phone to a PC, delete every file under Artist and Album hidden folder, disconnect your phone and starting music+video app. It should reindex you media library and duplicate entries should go away.

I'm also experiencing the same issue, but not 2-4 times, more than 10 times instead.
It is actually memory card bug.
try to backup your files and format your memory card, then try!
